1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping is free on all orders. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery, with applicable charges based on location.


3. Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within India and select international destinations. For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply, and are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at janiyostore@gmail.com or phone and WhatsApp number 9775252864. With your order number and a photo (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
