Returns:

  • You can return eligible items within 5 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • A valid proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, health, personal care, and nursing products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges:

  • We accept exchanges within 5 days of delivery for size, colour, or product issues.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition as mentioned above.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund after verifying the issue.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  2. Our team will guide you through the return/exchange process.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Note:

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
